Garfield Hall is a registered Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineering Registration Board of Jamaica. He
holds a MBA in Business Administration from University of the New Orleans, USA (2004) a BEng. in Electrical Engineering
(Power) from the University of Technology Jamaica (2002).
Garfield is an accomplished Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer with 13 years experience in the industrial and
commercial electrical field. Capital projects that have been managed for Alcoa (Jamalco, Jamaica West Indies) are valued at
over US $8 Million Dollars.
As a Project Team Leader, Garfield was responsible for managing the cost and schedule of multiple capital projects. Garfield
brings to Vector Engineering Company his exceptional design and construction support competences with electrical power
systems, including 13.8kV infrastructure and large steam and diesel generation equipment.
He also provides extensive experience with Low Voltage equipment, namely 600V Switch-gears; Motor Control Centers;
Variable Speed Drives; Inverters and Motors. Additionally, a wide knowledge of the design and selection of process
measurement field instrumentation devices for control applications. Garfield is a very professional and devoted individual with
strong leadership capabilities. He has the capability of working within tight deadlines, dynamic work processes and budgetary
constraints. He is also skilled in construction supervision, cost control, negotiations and technical evaluations.

experience includes J.H Dunstan and Associates an Electrical Contracting Firm where he has worked on a wide variety of
projects for customers such as The National Housing Trust Limited , United States Embassy, Port Authority of Jamaica,
National Health Fund among others.
Brian Foster's experience also include work as an Electrical Engineer at the Dr Bird Power Station a 74MW Floating Power
Barge. Brian is a high-energy results oriented Electrical Engineer with over fifteen years experience in Engineering. He has an
excellent project management record for managing the cost and schedule of multiple capital projects. He is also skilled in
construction supervision, cost control, negotiations and technical evaluations.

Laboratory Equipment Maintenance; Industrial Instrumentation and Controls; Power
Distribution and Motor Control Centers. He is a prolific computer user and an enthusiastic
team player. Glendon is self motivated, enjoys learning new things, enjoys managing
